Lieutenant Jesse Campion is the Director of Training at the Denver Police Academy with over 20 years of experience. Before leading the Academy, he served as an Internal Affairs Investigator, District Training Sergeant, and Patrol Supervisor. Lt. Campion has driven key training reforms, including field training development and updates to high-liability curriculum aligned with Colorado POST standards. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement from Minnesota State University and is committed to preparing officers to meet evolving challenges with skill and integrity.
