Robert has over four decades of criminal justice experience. He is the Chief of the Parsons (KS) Police Department (parsonspdks.gov). The agency has a staff of 40 and serves a day population of 12,000 in rural SE Kansas.
Robert started with the Eugene (OR) Police Department and served at the Port of Seattle Police Department. He was a supervisor at Snohomish (WA) PD and then served as the Chief of Police in Sedro-Woolley, WA; Milton-Freewater, OR; and in Sequim, WA. He served as a Senior Special Agent with the Union Pacific Railroad Police in Southern California
He has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati with post-graduate studies in Clinical Psychology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and an Associate of Arts in Political Science. He has served as an adjunct faculty member for three decades.
