Lisa Broderick is the founder of Police2Peace, a national nonprofit advancing policing using the framework of “Peace Officers.” Launched in 2018 with decals on police vehicles and incorporated in 2020, the organization gained national media attention, municipal contracts, and expanded to include “Peace Officer” uniforms. In 2021, the program was honored by the National Sheriff’s Association. In 2022, Police2Peace introduced the Peace Officer Project, providing mindset training and tools to improve police culture and trust, along with the Peace Officer Promise—policing’s version of the Hippocratic Oath. In 2023, it launched a virtual training platform now used by hundreds of agencies and certified by IADLEST and over 40 state POSTS. Its onsite trainings have been federally funded by the DOJ COPS Office and BJA NTTAC. Lisa is also a C-level executive and serial entrepreneur for over 30 years, leading more than 20 companies in SaaS, fintech, mobility, and consumer goods. She’s advised early-stage founders, been a tech executive and economist with a focus on strategy, technology, and monetizing ideas. She holds a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from Duke.
