Lawrence Zorio III is the Chief Information Security Officer for Mark43. Zorio leads a team of cybersecurity experts protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) of enterprise and customer data, assets, networks, and products while meeting public safety agencies’ unique security needs worldwide.
Lawrence has over twenty (20) years of global cybersecurity leadership experience in Public Safety, Finance, Healthcare and Technology. He currently Chairs the Integrated Justice Information System (IJIS) Cybersecurity Working-Group where they develop standards, best practice guides, and recommendations to help increase defenses to the growing cyber threats in our communities. In addition he is an advisor to both
universities and emerging technology companies.
Lawrence has a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a Master of Science in Innovation from the D’Amore- McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. He has been featured in numerous news periodicals, authored security related white papers and speaks frequently as an expert at industry events.
