Ms. Nice has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing national award-winning physical fitness and wellness programs that measurably improve the health, strength, quality of life, and resilience of tactical professionals and civilians. Her innovative, results-proven best practices have been featured in the IACP Police Chief Magazine, FBINAA magazine, NSCA Tactical TSAC Journal, and more. The curriculum, training, and protocols that Mandy developed while serving as the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Tactical Program Manager are actively helping agencies of all sizes build safe, effective programs that maximize job readiness and reduce injury risk. Mandy is now the IACP Physical Health Working Group Chair, IACP Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Section Board Member, U.S. DOJ Health and Wellness Subject Matter Expert (SME), IRR SME, DBS Department of Public Safety HFM, and Lexipol CEM, and remains fully dedicated to helping first responders optimize their health and wellness to maximize their quality of life.
