Meghann Casanova joined the IACP in 2007 and is currently a Senior Program Manager with the Global Policing Team. She is experienced in conducting research to identify operational and policy priorities; analyzing and interpreting data to identify gaps; and developing and implementing creative and effective business practices.
In this role, Meghann manages IACP’s professional services, which include assessment services for police agencies, from full operational assessments and staffing/workload analyses to specialized technical assistance such as policy reviews, as well as executive searches, and testing and assessment centers. She also oversees IACP’s leadership services training portfolio, including Leadership in Police Organizations (LPO), Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI), and First Line Leadership (FLL), and other custom leadership training courses.
Previously, she led the IACP’s Member Engagement Team and has supported numerous grant and non-grant projects, including law enforcement technology, traffic safety, and countering violent extremism initiatives.
