Jesenia Alonso, LCSW, is a Program Manager at the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), where she leads the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC), a national program funded by the U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services. CRI-TAC provides customized training and technical assistance to state, local, tribal, territorial, and campus law enforcement agencies across the United States.
Ms. Alonso brings over 13 years of experience in victim services and mental health. Prior to joining IACP, she held leadership roles at the National Center for Victims of Crime and Fairfax County Domestic and Sexual Violence Services, where she developed trauma-informed intervention models to improve victim support. She is a licensed clinical social worker and certified clinical trauma specialist, with a master’s degree in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Her work is grounded in clinical expertise and a commitment to advancing public safety and community well-being.
