Capt. Retd Mustansar Feroze, PSP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Punjab Safe Cities Authority. With over 17 years of distinguished policing experience, he has served in various leadership roles including ASP and SP in Islamabad, DPO in multiple districts, Traffic Officer Lahore, and SSP Operations Lahore before assuming his present role at PSCA.
As COO, he has led some of the most innovative policing reforms in Pakistan, introducing technology-driven safety solutions that are now being recognized globally as models of smart governance. Among his flagship initiatives is the Virtual Center for Child Safety “Mera Pyara,” a first-of-its-kind platform integrating helplines, welfare bureaus, and AI-enabled reporting to protect children, reunite missing persons with families and create a victim-centric ecosystem. Another groundbreaking project under his leadership is the Intelligent Traffic Management System, which uses AI to identify congestion points, predict traffic flow, and issue real-time alerts for commuters and wardens, ensuring safer mobility and setting new benchmarks for data-driven urban traffic control in Pakistan.
