Tuesday, October 21, 2025
8:00 AM - 9:30 AM MT
Location: 401/402, Colorado Convention Center
This session explores how the Punjab Safe Cities Authority of the Punjab Police (Pakistan) became a global pioneer in integrating artificial intelligence into emergency policing, transforming both urban and rural districts into smart cities for under $1 million each. It introduces new paradigms in protecting vulnerable populations through the world’s first Virtual Women Police Station, as well as Virtual Centers for Child Safety, Minorities, Senior and Special Citizens, and a Virtual Blood Bank. Serving 26 million citizens in a single year, these innovations have significantly improved response times, case prioritization, and family reunification. The system leverages technologies such as gender-based voice recognition, sentiment analysis, facial recognition, panic buttons, chatbots, video conferencing, free Wi-Fi, character-based object identification, and an intelligent traffic management system.
