The National Chiefs’ Circle™: Expanding Support for Those Who Need it Most

Public safety executives hold some of the most demanding roles in the country. Whether serving as a chief, sheriff, second-in-command, or PSAP director or manager, many experience feelings of isolation, overwhelm, and uncertainty about where to seek support. The innovative Chiefs’ Circle program, developed by a police psychologist, has expanded to include executives nationwide. This session explores the program’s evolution and highlights its numerous benefits, including reduced loneliness and stress, enhanced resilience and motivation, and opportunities for networking and mentoring. Participants will hear directly from executives who are actively involved in the program, gaining insight into the value it has brought to their mental health and long-term success.
