Dave Anderson is the author of the book Becoming a Leader of Character - Six Habits that Make or Break a Leader at Work and at Home. He has taught his Becoming an Officer and Agency of Character curriculum in 100s of public safety agencies. He has a passion for developing Leaders of Character and helping leaders build a Culture of Character. His why is: To inspire and equip people so that they become Leaders of Character who then inspire and equip others to lead with character. His love for leadership and developing leaders began with his father and co-author General James L. Anderson. It developed more while at West Point and during his service in combat. Finally, it was his twenty years leading in corporate Amercia that convinced him to devote the rest of his professional life to his passion for developing Leaders of Character.
