Shaping a Positive Culture After Crisis: A Case Study Approach

This workshop uses a case study approach to detail how to change an agency’s culture after a crisis. Following the events of 2018, when a former police chief faced career-ending misconduct, a new chief created positive momentum and restored public trust, employee commitment, and organizational energy. The workshop will provide strategies for executives and leaders on how to effectively change culture and reenergize their workforce while unlocking the full potential of their personnel. The case study will include both small and midsize agency perspectives, presented by chief executives who used a transformational approach to improve their organizations and communities.
