Katrine Malakhova serves as the lead for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) Policy Center, where she oversees the development of policy guidance to support law enforcement agencies worldwide. In her current role, she analyzes IACP policies, legislation, and emerging policing issues, collaborating with industry stakeholders and subject matter experts to create and refine policy resources.
Previously, Ms. Malakhova was an Engagement Coordinator with the IACP Member Engagement Team, contributing to the development of educational materials, toolkits, and global outreach initiatives. She also managed the IACP Annual Awards program, using insights from submissions to spotlight innovative policing practices and exceptional contributions across the profession.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law, with a minor in Political Science from Carleton University, Canada.
