Tzvi Montrose, CPA, EMTP, FACHE, is a seasoned leader in emergency services, security operations, and organizational strategy. With over 15 years of experience spanning public safety, nonprofit leadership, and consulting, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective to resilience and leadership development. Tzvi is a licensed Paramedic, Certified Public Accountant, and Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He serves as a Police Chaplain for multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Illinois State Police & Oak Park Police, supporting officer wellness and crisis response. He is a certified instructor in Homeland Security, behavioral threat assessment, and emergency preparedness, and an author on leadership and innovation. His work has reached thousands of first responders, healthcare providers, and community leaders through lectures on leadership, resilience, and engagement.
