Alessandro Valenti holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience and education with a thesis in criminal procedure law discussed at the University of Foggia. At the same university, he holds a research grant in Artificial Intelligence and Crime Prevention.
He passed the bar exam and served for more than two years as a law clerk at the Court of Criminal Cassation.
He has been a speaker at conferences, congresses and training courses in Italy and abroad on the subject of criminal trial and investigation and has helped organize some of these events.
He has participated as an auditor in numerous conferences and training courses, including international ones, on the subject of criminal trial, investigations, artificial intelligence and forensic science.
He is a lecturer at the "Arma dei Carabinieri".
He is a member of the editorial board of the prestigious journal "Cassazione penale".
He is the author of articles, sentence notes and commentaries on the Code of Criminal Procedure, dealing with multiple institutes of criminal trial law and prison law.
