Contract professor in “Public Law”, at the Department of Clinical and Molecular Medicine of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology of the "Sapienza" University of Rome (English language course) and Assistant Professor at the LUMSA University in Rome and the University of Foggia.
Senior member of the PIARC-APCR (World Roads Association) Italian Office C.T.1.3 “Technical Committee for Politics and Programs on Roads Safety”
He was President of CARPOL Subgroup within the LEWP of the Council of the European Union in Brussels during the period July to December 2014.
Italian representative to the LANDSEC Committee within the DGMove at the European Commission in Bruxelles and also member of the Experts Committee on road transport-social rules.
Author of several books and articles on Road Safety matters, Paolo, is part of an Italian Specialists Workig Group – EUROADS Internationationanal Research Team
