    Eric Atstupenas is General Counsel for the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association and a dedicated trainer, author, and legal advisor to the law enforcement community. Licensed in MA, RI, and CT, Eric develops and delivers training through the Municipal Police Institute and serves as Chair of the IACP Legal Officers Section and a member of the IACP Committee on Human and Civil Rights. He also serves on the Board of Directors for MPI. Eric owns BrightRaven Strategies, LLC, offering tailored legal advising and consulting for law enforcement, and works closely with Blue Voice, Inc., an AI platform that helps officers access accurate legal and policy guidance, reduce paperwork, and make timely, informed decisions. His work has been featured in Police Chief magazine, and he regularly presents at national conferences. In every role, Eric is focused on empowering public safety professionals with the knowledge and tools they need to serve their communities with confidence.
