Special Agent (SA) Todd Boyett is a Staff Coordinator in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Diversion Control Division's Chemical Investigations Section. SA Boyett is responsible for supporting local, nationwide and international investigations regarding tableting/encapsulating machinery, excipients, tools and parts, precursor chemicals and the methods used to produce illicit pharmaceuticals. SA Boyett is a sitting member of the United Nations International Narcotics Control Board (INCB) Precursor Task Force and the INCB Expert Working Group on tableting and encapsulating machinery. SA Boyett works closely with international partners regarding illicit pill manufacturing and attended advanced training in the Netherlands and Belgium. SA Boyett represents DEA’s interests to foreign partners in the UK, Australia, India, New Zealand, Canada, the Netherlands and Taiwan.
A native of Texas, SA Boyett graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Criminal Justice and earned a Master’s of Business Administration from Boston University. Prior to DEA, SA Boyett served five years in the United States Marine Corps a Military Police Officer.
