Dr. Bricker is the Owner/Managing Partner of Psychological Dimensions, a national police and public safety risk-management firm. He provides expert consultation and serves as key liason to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies in the areas of fitness-for-duty evaluations, post-critical incidents, pre-employment screenings, and specialty assignment.
Dr. Bricker recently served as Chair of IACP's Police Psychological Services Section (IACP-PPSS) - shaping standard of practice in policing. He currently chairs the IACP-PPSS Ethics Committee, and is past chair of both the IACP-PPSS Diversity Committee and IACP’s Consulting Psychologist Guidelines Revision Committee.
Dr. Bricker is dedicated to lending his expertise to police leadership, whether through his contributions to IACP’s Police Chief Magazine, serving on IACP’s Diversity Task Force (DCP/DTF) and IACP's Fitness for Duty Guidelines Revisions Committees, or through his current appointments on IACP's Officer Involved Shooting Guidelines Revisions Committee and IACP's Police Professional Standards, Ethics, and Image Committee (PPSEI).
