As an Outreach Officer for the Department of State, Celina is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating a wide variety of communications and outreach activities, primarily targeted at federal, state, and local enforcement officials regarding their obligation to provide consular notification and access to foreign nationals. During her free time, Celina loves exploring new cuisines, ice fishing, and getting things organized.
