Chief Kevin Hall was appointed Chief of Police at the Spokane Police Department in August of 2024. Additionally, he was inducted into the George Mason University Center for Evidence-Based Crime Policy Hall of Fame and appointed co-chair of the IACP Research Advisory Committee, 2025-2026.
Chief Kevin Hall was a thirty-two-year member of the Tucson Police Department, joining the department in 1992.
Chief Hall has completed the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Senior Executives in State & Local Government, PERF Senior Management Institute for Police, Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff and Command, the University of Arizona Eller School of Management Southwest Leadership and Foundations of Public Sector Leadership programs as well as holding two bachelor degrees from the University of California and a Master's degree from Arizona State University
