McKallen Leonard is a Project Manager for the International Association of Chiefs of Police serving on the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC), a U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) grant funded initiative. In this role, he provides tailored training and technical assistance to law enforcement agencies throughout the country. Since joining the IACP in 2019, Mr. Leonard’s portfolio of work has included technical assistance and resource development focused on topics such as law enforcement-based victim services, community-police engagement, and officer safety and wellness.
