Johanna brings over 20 years of experience in Jewish communal leadership. She develops and advances initiatives that confront antisemitism, celebrate Jewish identity, and expand educational reach to diverse audiences. Previously, she held leadership roles at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto, Jewish Immigrant Aid Services, and Temple Sinai Congregation, and also worked in Europe to strengthen Jewish community life. Johanna holds an Honours undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and pursued graduate studies at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE).
