Ben Elron is Senior Litigation Counsel at X, where he leads the U.S. Safety, Content, and Law Enforcement team. Ben oversees a broad portfolio of law enforcement, litigation, and national security legal matters at X and xAI, including liaising with federal and state law enforcement agencies on information requests and exigencies. Ben was previously an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office White & Case, a clerk in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia, and a technology strategist at Deloitte Consulting and Salesforce.com. Ben has a J.D. and a Bachelors of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is based out of New York City and Palo Alto.
