    Brian Moniz is the Manager of Strategic Stakeholder Engagement for the Toronto Police Service. In this role, he leads the development and cultivation of strategic relationships with various stakeholders, including government officials, community organizations, and police sector leaders. He represents the Chief of Police and Command Officers at meetings and events, providing strategic advice to enhance the Service's goals and objectives.

    Brian leverages his extensive experience to build collaborative partnerships with key organizations like the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA), and Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP), aiming to attract world-class conferences and training opportunities to Toronto.

    He also manages and oversees high-profile corporate events on behalf of the Chief of Police, such as the Chief's Gala, and serves as a liaison to several boards.
