    Kristina Bensley

    Delaware Department of Justice, Delaware ICAC

    Kristina Bensley is a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice and the Commander of the Delaware ICAC/Child Predator Task Force. Prior to her current position, Ms. Bensley was assigned to the Special Victims Unit, where she prosecuted cases involving sexual abuse of children and adults and serious physical abuse of children. Ms. Bensley has been with the Delaware Department of Justice since April 2018, having practiced in a wide variety of units including the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit and the New Castle County Felony Trial Unit. She also previously served as the Arson/Explosives Specialist and a Fatal Motor Vehicle Specialist.
