Justin Parker has over 25 years of experience in the state and local criminal intelligence field. He currently serves as Training Manager at the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) and also instructs NW3C's suite of law enforcement intelligence courses.
Previously, Mr. Parker spent 22 years with the Iowa Department of Public Safety, working in the Division of Intelligence and Fusion Center (Iowa DOI/FC). He was the agency’s lead on domestic and international terrorism and managed the Strategic Analysis Team. In 2018, he became the first Deputy Director of the Iowa DOI/FC.
Mr. Parker played a key role in developing the National Network of Fusion Centers (NNFC), serving on multiple boards and task teams to advance analytic tradecraft. In 2015, he received the National Intelligence Professional Award from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). He was named the first Chair of the NNFC Analyst Council in 2019 and elected Central Region Co-Chair of the National Fusion Center Association (NFCA) Executive Board in 2022.
