Emily Jennings, MS, is a Program Manager with the IACP, overseeing a wide range of areas including the IACP's Elevate Blue Online Training Center; Law Enforcement Cyber Center; Recruitment and Retention Technical Assistance Program; and Census of Tribal Law Enforcement Agencies Program. Prior to this role, Emily managed the delivery of training and technical assistance for police agencies across the United States through the Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center (CRI-TAC). Since joining IACP 10 years ago, Emily has also focused on the provision of leadership services and training, launch of IACP’s One Mind Campaign, coordination of IACP’s Enhancing the Response to Hate Crimes initiative, and management of IACP’s Center for Research and Policy. She has supported grant awards from diverse funders including NIJ, Arnold Ventures, BJA, DOT, and the COPS Office.
