Haley Moore, MA, LPC-MHSP(T), is a licensed professional counselor and doctoral candidate at Trevecca Nazarene University, specializing in trauma, law enforcement wellness, and crisis intervention. She serves as a Co-Response Supervisor at Mental Health Cooperative, where she leads embedded clinicians alongside Metro Nashville Police Department officers. Haley also acts as Clinical Coordinator for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s C.A.R.E.S. program, championing statewide wellness for Bureau agents. With a background in high-acuity behavioral health and real-time field response, Haley brings both clinical precision and operational insight to her work. Her perspective is deeply informed by personal roots in policing. Haley's doctoral research examines how occupational stress, resilience, and workplace well-being shape moral injury in First Responder Counselors. Haley integrates quanitative research, strategy, and compassion to build sustainable systems of care for both community members and those who protect and serve.
