    In June 2020, Sarah Allen was appointed as the Colorado State Patrol’s first chief of staff, becoming the first non-sworn member to serve on the agency’s executive command staff. A dedicated member of the CSP since 2008, Sarah has extensive expertise in organizational administration, strategic development and execution, long-term budget planning, communications, human resources, and project management.
