Caitlyn Brennan brings over 20 years of experience in public service and critical incident management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Public Service Management, along with multiple certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management and Sustainable Development.
Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the 100 Club of Illinois, Caitlyn has developed and implemented numerous programs focused on first responder mental health, critical incident policy, and support systems for first responder families. She regularly provides training in these areas and plays a pivotal role as the primary triage contact for critical incidents and first responder resource coordination across the State of Illinois, working with state agencies, unions, professional organizations, and policymakers to advance the availability of qualified, culturally competent support services for first responders.
She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), where she chairs the Officer Safety and Organizational Wellness Working Group on Family.
