Jesalyn Moore, LCSW, LSATP serves as the Police Wellness Manager for James City County Police Department and co-owner of Mission Mind Wellness. Jesalyn is an experienced military and public safety clinician dual licensed in clinical social work and substance use disorders. She previously served as a Market CEO for a leading national behavioral health company, and holds specialized training in chronic stress and complex trauma. Jesalyn is the wife of a veteran and former law enforcement officer (turned therapist) providing personal experience and a unique context to her clinical work. She and her husband provide consultation and direct mental health services to numerous agencies across the state of Virginia through their firm, Mission Mind Wellness.
