Dr. Laura Johnson (she/her) is an assessment expert and published scholar with nearly a decade of experience developing and validating psychological assessments. She has spent the past seven years at SIGMA Assessment Systems, where she was a lead contributor to the development of a personality assessment designed to support police officer recruitment.

Dr. Johnson holds a PhD in Personality and Measurement Psychology from The University of Western Ontario (Canada). Her academic research focuses the measurement of personality traits related to both prosocial behaviors (e.g., altruism) and antisocial tendencies (e.g., narcissism).
