Christian Quinn retired as the Deputy Chief of Cyber and Forensics for the Fairfax County Virginia Police Department in 2021. He was assigned to the Organized Crime & Intelligence Bureau for much of his early career, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with state, local, and federal partners to ensure the safety of the Washington National Capital Region.
Christian holds a Master of Forensic Sciences Degree from The George Washington University and a Certificate in Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has also a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
Christian serves as the Managing Principal of Fulcrum Innovation LLC. He has been a featured speaker throughout the U.S. and internationally, advising legislators, public safety leaders, and the industry partners who serve them on key technology and policy issues.
Christian’s government affairs work has been instrumental in preserving public safety’s access to technology solutions that are critically needed to keep communities safe. He remains passionate about the ethical adoption of technology for the betterment of all people.
