Lieutenant Colonel(r) Tracy "JackieO" LaTourrette, "Colorado’s First Lady Fighter Pilot" & one of the first women in the world to fly fighters, flew globally as a combat mission-ready F-16 fighter pilot. Appointed by President George H.W. Bush, she commissioned with a BS in Human Factors Engineering from the USAF Academy alongside 88% men. She performed counterdrug operations in South America, flew in SWA. As Dep Dir Ops at CO Natl Guard’s Jt Force HQ she partnered with law enforcement/1st responders during state emergencies. She earned Expert Marksman, Aerial Achievements, Combat Readiness, & Top Gun/Turkey Shoot Champion as a fighter pilot/AWACS weapons director over 22 years. Post 9-11 “JackieO” flew direct Presidential protection missions & flew in a classified location for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Tracy is an international speaker, executive consultant/coach & resilience expert for law enforcement & Fortune 100 teams. This 4X Heartland Emmy Nominated PBS "Behind the Wings" TV host is also an expert contributor on Discovery/Travel/Science Channels. Tracy spoke at Harvard Business School, Air Force Ball, FBI National Academy & closed for a U.S. President.
