Cassidee Carlson is a nationally recognized public safety executive, consultant, and educator with more than two decades of experience leading organizations and guiding communities through crisis and recovery. A former Division Chief of Police in Aurora, Colorado, she is the Founder and Principal Consultant of C3 Strategies LLC, specializing in leadership, crisis communications, officer wellness, and mass-violence preparedness and response. Cassidee is known for blending strategy with empathy, helping leaders navigate the intersection of trauma, accountability, and community trust. She consults for the Office for Victims of Crime TTAC, Bureau of Justice Assistance NTTAC, and the National Mass Violence Center. She also serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, teaching leadership development to public-safety professionals. Deeply committed to service, Cassidee also volunteers as a youth coach and a former board member for Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO), as well as a longtime executive board member for the Law Enforcement Torch Run for SOCO.
