    Paul Rinkoff

    Paul Rinkoff is an Inspector and Senior Officer with the Toronto Police Service, bringing over 25 years of policing experience in frontline operations and senior leadership. He is currently assigned to 32 Division, having previously served as Unit Commander of the Toronto Police College, overseeing the training and professional development of 8,000 members. Paul has also served as the Unit Commander of the Financial Crimes Unit and held leadership roles in Priority Operations, Community Relations, Incident Command, Corporate Health, and Divisional Operations.

    Holding a PhD in Policy Studies and a Master’s in Leadership Studies, he focuses on evidence-based education, organizational learning, and community collaboration. He serves as Co-Chair of the OACP Education, Training & Professional Development Committee, sits on the Canadian Police Knowledge Network National Advisory Committee, and is a member of the IACP Training and Education Committee.

    Paul is the proud father of identical twin three-year-old girls.
