Elevate Blue: No-Cost Virtual Training Suite for Leadership, Safety, and Service

Elevate Blue is a comprehensive suite of online training developed by the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) to support the evolving needs of police. Elevate Blue equips officers, supervisors, and agency leaders with the knowledge and tools to lead effectively, engage communities, reduce violent crime, safeguard officer wellness, and build public trust. This brief presentation will highlight the Elevate Blue platform and its course offerings—including leadership development, mass demonstration response, officer wellness, recruitment and retention, and community engagement. Attendees will learn how this nationally aligned training suite supports law enforcement readiness, accountability, and excellence in service.
