    Stronger Together: Building Regional Peer Support Networks for Small and Rural Agencies

    Many small and rural law enforcement agencies face significant barriers to implementing in-house peer support programs due to limited resources, staffing, and access to mental health professionals. This workshop will highlight how regional peer support networks can bridge these gaps by offering scalable, collaborative solutions that ensure every officer has access to essential mental health support. Panelists will discuss successful models, outline steps for building regional partnerships, and share lessons learned from implementation in rural communities. Participants will leave equipped to initiate or strengthen regional collaborations that safeguard officer well-being and promote sustainable wellness practices.
