From Cop Cars to Community Stars: Engaging the Public Like a Boss!

This session is designed to equip public information units with the skills and strategies necessary to effectively communicate and engage with the public. Officers will be able to transition from traditional policing roles to community leadership by enhancing public communication, fostering strong relationships, and executing impactful special projects. Open to both sworn and non-sworn communicators, the session focuses on mastering effective public communication, strengthening community relationships, and leading special projects that benefit not only the agency but also the broader community.
