Policing is an infinite game. To succeed in this ongoing challenge, it is essential to adopt a mindset that recognizes that, while police agencies can achieve short-term results in areas such as crime reduction, problem-solving, and quality-of-life improvements, the overarching “game” of policing is never fully won. This session will explore the principles outlined in Simon Sinek’s The Infinite Game and how police leaders can apply this philosophy within their organizations. Speakers will share both proven and innovative approaches to modern policing, with a focus on cultivating strong, healthy, and contemporary organizational cultures equipped to address the complexities of today’s policing environment.
