Field-based biometric capture streamlines decision-making, allowing officers to make detainment decisions instantly and with stronger legal standing. It also enables them to respond effectively to the unique tactical demands of each situation. As many nations struggle to process unplanned immigration and distinguish law-abiding newcomers from criminal elements, biometric identification will become essential for frontline state, provincial, county, and local law enforcement officers tasked with addressing this challenge.
